Fees applicable to our services:
- €10,000 incl. VAT for sales up to €200,000.
- 5% including VAT of the sale price above €200,000.
These fees represent the maximum percentages applicable to our services. Fees are payable by the vendor or purchaser, according to the terms of the agency mandate, and include 20% VAT.
The agency may not receive or hold funds, bills, or securities other than those representing its remuneration or commission.
