Fees applicable to our services :
- €10,000 incl. VAT for properties with a sale price of up to €200,000
- 5% incl. VAT of the sale price for properties with a sale price above €200,000
The fees above represent the maximum amounts applicable to our transaction services.
They are payable by the seller or the purchaser, depending on the terms of the agency mandate, and include 20% VAT.
The agency may not receive or hold any funds, bills of exchange or securities other than those representing its remuneration or commission.
